The Arts Law Centre of Australia sells sample contracts and agreements including an Image Reproduction Licence Sample Agreement.
Viscopy is the visual arts copyright collection agency. It can negotiate copyright agreements for copyright owners who are its members or advise on appropriate licensing arrangements and rates. Other copyright societies which cover Australian artists are the Copyright Agency Limited and Screenrights.
