NAVA also appeared on the SBS Insight program on Tuesday 24th June, which focused on the issue of art censorship again. To view the program online click here.
Following the forum held at the MCA on Thursday June 12th, NAVA announced that it would be producing an Art Censorship Guide for artists, galleries and other exhibiting bodies, governments, the police and security officers. NAVA also confirmed that it would include a checklist for artists working with children in the forthcoming 3rd edition of the Code of Practice for the Australian Visual Arts and Craft Sector.
